Wether your property is self managed or you list with us we are dedicated to finding you a quality tenant. Below is the process we use to select a quality tenant and pricing for self managing landlords looking for a little help. We understand that a "one size fits all" is not the best solution so all prices are base prices and packages are created to suit your needs.


Selection Process

Advertising

Its near impossible to find the right tenant without some form of advertising. Renters scour the internet, newspapers and apps to find the property that is right for them. So obviously this is the first step to selecting a tenant.

Shortlist

Once the applications are in we weed out the applications by going through each on with a fine tooth comb. We use our skill, knowledge and extensive questionnaire to qualify each applicant that makes it onto our short list.

Screening

Once we have our short list we can start to check references that have not been screened during the shortlist process and screen the applicant using TICA.*

 

*Self Managing Landlords TICA screening fee $35 per screen incl. GST

Final Steps

Once a tenant has been selected we then start the Paperwork and inspections. Self Managing Landlords can then ether go their own way or  engage in our other services such as inspection reports or rental management.
